Bethesda Releases Fallout 76 2021 Roadmap

It’s a new year and a new season, and that means a Fallout 76 2021 roadmap as well.

Bethesda has quite a few new updates in store for the online Fallout game, with a hefty chunk of new content planned for each season of 2021.

From new weapons and armor, new storylines, quests, locations, and more, 2021 looks like a busy time ahead for Fallout 76 season 4, though of course, Bethesda is keeping a lid on some of the new content until closer to release date.

You'll have a chance to ask any questions they've left unanswered on March 23 at 11:30 a.m. EST during a Fallout 76 AMA on Reddit.

Fallout 76’s spring update is Locked and Loaded, headlined by some long-awaited features and quality of life features fans have been asking for.

First is the much-requested S.P.E.C.I.A.L. loadout feature.

Bethesda Releases Fallout 76 2021 Roadmap

After the update goes live, Fallout 76 will let players reset their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. loadouts and reboot all their S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points without penalty.

Additionally, Locked and Loaded introduces C.A.M.P. slots with support for multiple C.A.M.P.s scattered across the game’s map, with separate Display Cases and a shared pool of Vending Machines.

However, only one C.A.M.P. can be active at a given time.

Locked and Loaded includes new Daily Ops and a new Daily Ops mode called Decryption, tasking you with finding and eliminating Code Carriers

These Code Carriers can be any enemy type, including Mutations and Cultists.

Some of Locked and Loaded’s smaller improvements include smoother melee combat actions, enhancements to Fallout 76’s aim assist feature, and the addition of batch crafting.

Fallout 76’s summer update doesn’t have quite as many available details, but it will bring The Brotherhood story to a close with Steel Reign.

Fallout 76’s Steel Reign storyline adds new quests, NPCs, and the ability to craft Legendary items.

Autumn brings Fallout 76’s Worlds will Change update, an evolution to Private Worlds and Daily Ops that Bethesda is keeping quiet on for now.

Finally is the winter update, Fallout 76’s Tales from the Stars update.

Expect new Legendaries, pets, more changes to Daily Ops, a seasonal event called The Ritual, and more.

Fallout 76 might have had a rocky start, but it’s plain Bethesday’s come a long way since then.
