Instead what we mean are official giveaways through Riot or a reputable source like Twitch Prime, one of which is going on right now at the time of writing.
While these deals don’t happen often, they can be a great opportunity to get some awesome deals!
So keep an eye out and you could unlock some free Skins in League of Legends.
Gifts From A Friend

If you have a kind friend they may want to gift you a League of Legends Skin.
Perhaps for your birthday or a holiday!
They’ll have to be at least level 10, you’ll have to have been on each other’s buddy list for 24 hours and you’ll have to have not received (or your friend sent) 10 other gifts in the last 24 hours.
If all those criteria are met then your mate can buy a Skin for you! Or they could buy you a Legend or a bunch of other items!
Unfortunately, they can’t currently gift you a Skin that they own, they have to buy the Skin again as a gift which is a little annoying!
Bundles

This final one is kind of a cheat on our end.
You will have to buy the Bundle but the discounts mean that you’ll effectively earn some items for free! Some bundles sell multiple Legends and Champions in them so you can save plenty!
