Diablo II: Resurrected Early Access And Open Beta Dates Announced

Blizzard has announced the upcoming dates for the early access and open beta tests for the upcoming Diablo II: Resurrected, which is to be released later this year.

Early Access will be granted to players who have pre-purchased Diablo II: Resurrected, or the Diablo Prime Evil Collection, and will be available to play beginning on the 13th of August at 10:00 am PDT.

The following week, the open beta will open to all players on August 20th, again at 10:00 am PDT.

The early access weekend will finish on the 17th of August to allow the team to prepare for the open beta, and the open beta itself will only be live for the weekend, ending on August 23rd.

Both beta tests will be available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, and PS5, and while the Nintendo Switch is planned to be a part of the launch list of consoles, it will not be open for the beta.

Players will be able to pre-load the console version on the 17th of August and the Windows version of the game on the 18th of August, which lines up with the release date published by Microsoft last week.

Many of the quality of life features previously announced will not be included in this test to ensure the core gameplay features are testing first and foremost.
