Claiming your bundle is easy. Head to the link here to link your Twitch and Bungie.net accounts, then head here to claim the items.
Once done, visit Amanda Holliday in the Tower and she'll have the items for you. Don't forget that she's in the Hangar, to the left of the main spawn point in the Tower.
