Destiny 2's next expansion is being revealed on June 9, watch the teaser here

Destiny 2 Season of the Worthy is beginning to wrap up, and Bungie has finally confirmed that the next chapter of their loot shooter will be revealed on June 9 at midday EDT.

With the game's official Instagram page already releasing a cinematic teaser, the official Destiny Twitter account has revealed another.

Showing the Drifter, a morally ambiguous character introduced in the Forsaken expansion that launched in 2018, boarding his ship to head toward what is widely expected to be Europa, one of Jupiter's moons.

Long time Destiny fans will be excited to see how this all ties into the Darkness, the mysterious threat that has been mentioned since the first game launched in 2014.
