Destiny 2 30th Anniversary Content Is Safe from the Vault


The Destiny 2 30th anniversary content is staying permanently, Bungie said. Unlike other content, including the Forsaken expansion, it won't be headed into the vault. will have its next big expansion called The Witch Queen this February 22, 2022.

Game director Joe Blackburn confirmed on Twitter that the Destiny 2 30th Anniversary content will still be accessible, and “is not going anywhere anytime soon" - which means it could eventually get vaulted sometime in the future. For now, though, you can enjoy your Dares of Eternity alongside the Witch Queen expansion when it launches.

Destiny 2 30th Anniversary Content Is Safe from the Vault

The Destiny 2 Anniversary pack introduced a handful of new content to the game, such as a new dungeon - Grasp of Avarice - weapons (Hero of Ages, Matador 64, Eyasluna, 1000-Yard Stare, and the returning Gjallarhorn, The Marathon-themed ornament set, and more.
