Destiny 2 Best Trials Passage Ranked

Trials of Osiris is the most sought after PvP activity in Destiny 2. This activity grants access to really powerful weapons to anyone who manages to complete this activity with a set number of wins.

The Trials of Osiris activity is available to eligible Guardians during the weekend. It runs from Friday all the way to Tuesday, ending with the weekly reset.

In order to participate in the Trials of Osiris, you will need to get yourself a Passage from Saint-14.

But before we go on to talk about the Passages in Trials of Osiris, here's how you unlock the activity.

How to unlock Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2

In order to be able to play Trials of Osiris in Destiny 2, you will need the Beyond Light expansion. Other than owning the expansion, there are two more steps, which are as follows:

• Completion of the "Trials Access" Quest
• A Passage

Completing the "Trials Access" quest isn't that difficult. There are few checkpoints that you need to hit in order to complete this quest. Here's what they are:

• Reach 1260 power level
• Defeat 50 Guardians in Elimination in the Crucible
• Reach Crucible Rank 15 (Mythic III)

Once you've completed these three steps, you will be eligible to participate in the Trials of Osiris. But you will have to purchase a Passage before you can take part in any of the games.

Ranking all the Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris Passages

Before we go on to rank all the Passages, here's what they are. These Passages are tickets of sorts that help you track your wins in the Trials of Osiris.

In order to get access to the highest set of weapons, you will have to win 7 rounds in Trials of Osiris. You get access to even better weapons if you win 7 rounds without any loss.

There are four specific Passages in Destiny 2. Here's what they are called:

• Passage of Mercy
• Passage of Ferocity
• Passage of Wealth (Requires 5 Match Wins)
• Passage of Confidence (Requires Flawless)

Interestingly enough, two of these Passages have a few conditions before you can actually end up purchasing them. Read on to know our own ranking of these Passages in Trials of Osiris.

#1 Passage of Ferocity

This is probably the best Passage for anyone who wants to get their hands on some good ole Trials of Osiris action. With the Passage of Ferocity, you will be granted an extra win for every third match you win.

With this Passage, you will be able to farm for Trials Engrams and Masterwork items faster and easier.

Requirements: 10,000 Glimmer + 15 Legendary Shards

#2 Passage of Mercy

The position of this Passage is slightly debatable. Many consider this Passage to be the best while some don't really care much about it. However, in my opinion, it deserves the second place on our list.

It doesn't matter if you're starting out in PvP or if you're a Destiny 2 veteran, the Passage of Mercy should be your go to Passage if you're starting the Trials of Osiris.

As mentioned before, 7 wins are what you need in order to get your hands on the rewards from Trials of Osiris.

If you have the Passage of Mercy with you, your first loss won't count. This is very important if you're planning on going flawless.

Requirements: 10,000 Glimmer + 15 Legendary Shards

#3 Passage of Wealth

This Passage is worth buying once you've made it through a few ranks in the Trials of Osiris. Since Saint-14 rewards you with Trials Engrams for every time you level up, and these get rarer the higher you level up, that's when the Passage of Wealth comes in handy.

However, with this Passage comes a small catch. You need to have five wins under your belt if you want to be able to purchase this passage in the first place.

Requirements: 10,000 Glimmer + 25 Legendary Shards + 5 wins

#4 Passage of Confidence

This Passage is probably the least alluring of all the other Passages on this list. If you manage to win 7 rounds at a stretch, you will be granted access to the Flawless chest in the Lighthouse.

With this Passage, you will have two rewards from the Flawless chest instead of one. Using this Passage makes sense only if you're planning on going Flawless.

Otherwise, this Passage is pretty pointless, knowing how difficult it is to go Flawless.

Requirements: 10,000 Glimmer + 50 Legendary Shards + 7 wins
