The official Warzone trailer along with an Acti blog, dropped 10th March, giving fans the best minute and a half of their lives.
One question that's been on everyone's mind since the mode was nothing but speculation, is it free to play?
Is Call of Duty: Warzone Free To Play?
Short answer, YES!
The long answer is even better than that. Not only is it free to play, players won't need a copy of Modern Warfare at all.
As well as this, PlayStation players won't need PS Plus in order to play the new battle royale.
PlayStation has confirmed, however, that players with PS Plus will receive a special 'combat pack' when they load up.
Unfortunately, the same doesn't go for Xbox and PC players, as Xbox Live Gold membership is required in order to play on Xbox and an active Blizzard Battle.net account is required to play on PC.
