The VLK Rogue shotgun is an agile 12-gauge mag-fed shotgun and one of many to select in the Warzone arsenal. Thanks to the most recent dose of buffs and nerfs, this particular shotgun is skyrocketing in popularity thanks to its incredible damage output in close-quarters engagements.

Although the VLK Rogue excels when getting up close and personal with the opposition, the lack of mid-range performance means players often gravitate to other secondary weapons when building their loadout.

Season 4 Reloaded of Warzone is in full swing and as the meta continues to change, players are always on the hunt for the best Warzone guns to use on Caldera, Fortune's Keep, and Rebirth Island. With that said, find the best VLK Rogue Warzone loadout in this handy guide.

VLK Rogue Warzone Overview

The powerful feel of the VLK Rogue makes it one of the strongest weapons to use in the early stages of a Warzone match.

The solid rate of fire enables players to break armour quickly and down an opponent before they have time to react to the onslaught of fire heading their way.

While many may not select it as part of their loadout, there is good reason to try it as a secondary weapon.

Best VLK Rogue Warzone Attachments

After some time testing various combinations, we've found a set of five that dominate close-quarters engagements and add some extra firepower thanks to the Dragon's Breath rounds:

  • Muzzle: FORGE TAC Marauder
  • Barrel:16" Warlord
  • Laser: 5mW Laser
  • Stock: No Stock
  • Magazine: 8-R Dragon's Breath

This set of attachments is incredibly hard to contend with when it comes to close-range skirmishes.

With improvements to hip-fire accuracy and recoil control, it's so easy to spray down opponents and thanks to the addition of the Dragon's Breath rounds, you can deal prolonged damage to an enemy, making them easy pickings.

Best VLK Rogue Warzone Perks and Equipment

Once the best VLK Rogue attachments are ready for battle, it's time to take a look at the best combination of Perks and Equipment in order to achieve dominance. Here's what we recommend using.

Perks

  • EOD (Perk 1)
  • Overkill (Perk 2)
  • Amped (Perk 3)

This particular Perk combination improves a number of areas allowing you to make more of an impact. EOD increases resistance to any nearby explosives while Overkill gives you the ability to use two primary weapons in the same loadout. On this occasion, we recommend the Kilo 141 for some extra mid-range firepower.

Lastly, we've gone with Amped for a boost to weapon swap speed. This makes it very easy to switch to the VLK Rogue if an opponent attempts to ambush you in a building.

Equipment

  • Throwing Knife (Lethal)
  • Stim (Tactical)

The Throwing Knife guarantees a quick elimination after downing a player with the VLK Rogue while the Stim provides a temporary speed boost alongside instant health regeneration which could give you the edge in a highly competitive gunfight.

Is The VLK Rogue Good in Warzone?

With shotguns receiving a hefty buff in the mid-season update, the VLK Rogue is currently dominating the close-range meta once again. The strong fire rate combined with incredible damage output means it's very easy to excel in close-range situations.

Before it receives a nerf, I recommend using it!
