Raven Software Outlines Warzone Quality of Life Changes

Ahead of the Season 2 Reloaded update, Warzone developer Raven Software has outlined a small selection of improvements heading to the battle royale.

Since arriving on Caldera, players often encounter a range of bugs and glitches negatively impacting their experience. In a bid to prevent issues such as certain Operators falling through the sky at a faster speed, the developer is implementing several quality of life (QoL) updates as Season 2 reaches the halfway point.

The update will include changes to how players interact with armour satchels in addition to new gas mask mechanics.

Warzone Season 2 Reloaded QoL Changes

The changes to gas mask mechanics and armour satchels may seem small but they will improve the player experience significantly. Once Season 2 Reloaded begins, players will have the ability to drop a gas mask and check how many plates a dropped armour satchel has before picking it up.

In addition, you'll be able to pick up plates from a satchel even if you've already obtained one over the course of a match. According to Raven Software, these are just a small amount of changes arriving in Warzone in the coming weeks.

Can You Drop Gas Mask in Warzone?

Before the Season 2 Reloaded update, there was no way to drop the gas mask in Warzone but thanks to the QoL changes arriving in the mid-season update, players can get rid of their gas mask if they choose to do so or want a fresh one. It will be interesting to see how the small changes make a difference.
