How To Unlock The Groza In Warzone

Call of Duty: Warzone and Black Ops Cold War not only have a shared progression system but also have a few shared Battle Passes as well, helping players net weapons like the Groza.

It’s a pretty great way to make sure players have both games so they can get new content no matter what they prefer, especially since Warzone is on Season 2, though we imagine that it must be hell having two games take up a lot of space on consoles and PC.

How to Unlock the Groza in Warzone

Getting the Groza on either Warzone or Black Ops Cold War won’t require you to buy any DLC, thankfully, but it will take some time.

The weapon is a reward you get for reaching Tier 31 in the free Battle Pass, for Season 1, shared between both games.

Those who didn't get to tier 31 in the first Battle Pass can unlock it another way.

Get 3 kills or more without dying, using Assault Rifles, in 15 different matches.

Considering how effective the weapon is early on, we can imagine plenty of players getting a lot of mileage out of this.

It is awfully considerate of the developers to make the Groza a weapon you can get for free, though we imagine some fans would have been willing to pay for it, given how many Battle Passes both games sell.

Considering how Warzone is a free-to-play game, this is something all players should aspire to get since it gives them a solid advantage over other newer players who lack the experience.

While Warzone Season 2 is a hoot right now, it seems like things are only about to get better, with rumours of a big nuke event happening on March 11.

Some leaks have claimed that this will change up the map and offer players a fresh coat of paint to shoot through, which is always going to be appreciated.

Call of Duty: Warzone will be coming out on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
