Call of Duty: Warzone's getting some significant updates soon. With Raven Software confirming weapon balancing is on the way alongside a fast travel system, it looks like Activision are seeking further help for this popular free-to-play battle royale.
Joining Raven Software, Treyarch, Infinity Ward and Beenox in helping out Warzone, another studio is now pitching in. Confirming this news via Twitter, Crash Bandicoot and Spyro developer Toys for Bob has just confirmed they'll also be joining the rank.
Having Finished Crash Bandicoot 4, Toys For Bob Are Now Supporting Call Of Duty: Warzone's Development
Speaking about this new venture, they released this short statement: "Toys for Bob is proud to support development for Season 3 of Call of Duty #Warzone, and look forward to more to come. #LETSGO dev squads! #Verdansk84". Following Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time's next-gen port last month, that release appears to have freed up some internal resources.
However, this move has led to some fan fears that they'll be abandoning these iconic franchises. But, given Spyro Reignited Trilogy and Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy both launched within a year of each other, it shows Toys for Bob are capable of working on multiple projects.
In the meantime, we'll keep you updated with any new Warzone developments.
