Best Landing And Loot Locations

Storage Town (38)

A labyrinthine array of small buildings and garages, Storage Town is ideal if you're armed with an SMG or shotgun.

With so many buildings, this is a looters paradise and likely to be a high traffic area.

Lure enemy teams into killboxes with multiple flanking routes, as well as the ability to take cover behind dumpsters in the external areas.

Burger Town Block (40)

Stop off for a snack with a trip to the franchise's long-running burger joint.

Burger Town offers a sneaky second floor (the roof) if you hop on a dumpster to the rear, and offers a delicious place to take cover.

There is a gun store and gas station next door, which offers plenty of cover, as well as loot and three levels of access.

Being isolated from the rest of the Storage Town, it creates a good starting location to get looted up before heading over to the Storage units.

Swimming Pool (42)

The last big location on our list is the Swimming Pool, reminiscent of the pool from COD4's Bloc, offers an ideal hiding spot if things go south for your squad.

With open windows, you can get a clear view of the surrounding Storage Town before leaving cover.

Perch yourself on the diving boards to offer overwatch, or hunker down in the pool itself if you're under fire.

Strategy, Tips & Tricks

Often overlooked in favour of the airport, superstore, or boneyard locations that surround it, Storage Town can be a tense battlefield and the beginning and end of the game.

Aside from that, there's loot almost everywhere, too. The main issue is that there are no vehicles and only one 'Buy Station' on the fringes of the area.

You'll almost certainly need to clean out the entire location before moving on.

Although this location is placed fairly central in the map, if the circle moves drastically you'll need to get moving quickly.

When approaching this area, it's best to arrive from the Swimming Pool to the South as this has the least number of surprises and the swimming pool is rather open, giving you a chance to view inside before arrival.

If you're landing here, make the Storage Town area your own and get yourself some close-range weaponry - an SMG or shotgun is ideal.
