Call of Duty: Warzone: Tips And Tricks Tutorial To Improving Your Gameplay In The Modern Warfare Battle Royale

Call of Duty: Warzone, also known as the Modern Warfare Battle Royale, has finally arrived after many rumours and leaks.

It can be overwhelming at first to jump in and find your way, so we've got some essential tips and tricks right here.

1) You Can Hear Loot Caches

For the most part, you're going to find low-value weapons when looting around unless you get a drop kit.

When entering a building, you'll be able to hear a low hum - in these loot crates possess golden weapons that are fully equipped.

Be sure to listen out for them when dropping into a location.

2) Loot Value/Tier List

Loot is valued by how many attachments it has on it, for every extra tier you will get one additional attachment.

Here's how they stack up:

  • WHITE = COMMON
  • GREEN = UNCOMMON
  • BLUE = RARE
  • PURPLE = EPIC
  • ORANGE = LEGENDARY
  • RED = CUSTOM, NOT USED IN LOOT (USED FOR DROPS)

3) Best Landing Spots

The best landing spots are usually determined by the loot they have available.

While it will take some time to learn the loot spots and how many there are, you can also pick your landing spot based on the circle, the environment and the flight path.

If you're not too confident in your ability, you can pick a quieter spot with less action.

The best places we feel are:

  • Hospital
  • Stadium
  • Airport

4) How To Earn Money

You'll need to earn money to earn things such as killstreaks, drop kits and even revive fallen teammates.

This can be done by completing contracts, getting kills and finding it around the map.

So it's not completely impossible to rack up money by playing passive, however, you're going to get far more by being proactive.

The best time to get cash is in the early game when players are all clustered in high traffic areas.

You can also share your money with teammates by dropping it on the floor.

5) Swap To Square Mini-Map

You should change your mini-map to square as it gives you roughly a 20% increase in coverage.
