Call of Duty: Warzone is now available and players are dropping into the 150 player Modern Warfare Battle Royale.
Gora Dam is one of the standout locations in the map and easily identifiable when dropping into Verdansk.

Best Landing And Loot Locations
Fire Station 74 (1)
Fire Station has a handy tower to snipe from as players try to cross the dam.
With the back of the building facing the edge of the map, there are limited opportunities for enemies to sneak up on you.
There’s also excellent road access via the main highway and a truck located at this location.
Buy locations are not close to the Fire Station and if a circle ends up far away, you'll have to pass through many hostile areas.
Police Station (7)
The Police Station is a loot haven for this location and a great place to start off - there are two interior floors with rooftop access.
Although a quad bike isn't the best mode of transport, it does offer a chance to get across the map fast.
Across the road is a dilapidated double garage and a grime-filled house with an upper floor to snipe from.
This building has a decent amount of space between it and other buildings, meaning you'll have plenty of vision on upcoming enemies.
Storage Garages (9)
This collection of single-level storage garages are great for squads to get a solid amount of loot safely.
Besides being relatively isolated, there's also a buy station located close by.
Players should bear in mind that you are situated between Brick Shed And Road Tunnel and Old Hamlet (Northwest Airport), so be aware of teams collapsing in on you.

Dam Outskirts And Public Houses (11)
It's a secure place to lock down but will leave you boxed in from a number of locations.
However, due to the distance between significant points of interest, you should be able to escape fast.
There's also access to two vehicles and a buy station.
Village: Bloc 16 (13)
Without a doubt, the best location to drop is Bloc 16, due to the number of buildings.
This means plenty of loot, lots of cover and vehicles to make an escape to the Airport.
It's also much more isolated from other settlements, so you can take more time to maximise your loot.
Strategy, Tips & Tricks
If you're dropping into this area, you're going to want to contest Bloc 16 due to the fact it's in the very corner of the map and more often than not will need to get moving to be within the circle.
It's not the ideal location to drop, but because you're facing the edge of the map there are far fewer chances you'll be attacked from behind.
To approach this area, you'll want to hug the north edge of the map and make your way up the airport sheds and into the frozen islands - although you'll be exposed to those camping on the dam.
Alternatively, you can hug the west edge of the map and move up via the Road Tunnel and Highway.
If you're playing in this area, you can get away with using a submachine gun and assault rifle due to the number of objects disrupting lines of sight.
