The Striker 45 submachine gun is a compact weapon capable of doing massive damage in close-quarters and mid-range combat. While it's been overshadowed by some of the more popular SMGs available in Warzone, the Striker 45's qualities mean it can still compete with the more popular choices on offer, thanks to its incredible mobility and seemingly limitless customisation options.

With Season 1 of Warzone Pacific underway, the Striker 45 is unlikely to feature in the metagame, but it is likely to be a hugely underrated option in Caldera and Rebirth Island

Striker 45 Warzone

Armed with an impressive rate of fire, the Striker 45 often excels in close-range combat but thanks to its high damage output, it can easily take down a target from longer distances.

Despite the high damage output, it can struggle to contend against a fully-equipped assault rifle in the heat of battle but with the right combination of attachments selected, the Striker 45 can get the upper hand.

But what are the best attachments to equip?

Striker 45 Warzone Best Attachments

  • 400mm Stainless Steel (Barrel)
  • Monolithic Suppressor (Muzzle)
  • Tac Laser (Laser)
  • FTAC 60 Series Rubber (Rear Grip)
  • Merc Foregrip (Underbarrel)

This particular combination of attachments improves levels of accuracy and damage range, minimising any drop-off which is ideal for those mid-range duels.

The merc foregrip features regularly on many Warzone loadouts as it is the best way to reduce recoil. Low recoil on the Striker 45 enables you to maintain focus on your intended target without having to readjust your aim in the middle of a gunfight.

Final thoughts

The Striker 45 won't be the first-choice weapon for a lot of people, but with the right attachments, it's a handy piece of kit - especially at medium range.

Sadly, many assault rifles - such as the XM4 and the AK-47 - smash the Striker 45 at longer ranges, alongside offering much more stability when engaging with a target at long distances.

The Striker 45 is a solid hybrid between an assault rifle and an SMG and if you're after an unorthodox weapon to be using, I recommend giving the Striker a shot!
