Sometimes it really helps to have a small notification that helps you identify if you have new items in your inventory in games like Call of Duty Vanguard. But these notifications do have the tendency to be present despite the absence of any new items in your inventory.

This bug was spotted back in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War and now it's back in Call of Duty Vanguard too. Thankfully, however, Sledgehammer fixed this issue finally, and now we have one less thing to be annoyed about with the game.

Here's how you fix the green dot bug in Call of Duty Vanguard.

How to remove the green dots in Call of Duty Vanguard?

This entire process isn't rocket science. What's more important is that you can choose to remove these green dots from individual sections rather than removing the entire thing.

  • First off, if you want to remove the green dots from all the sections, go to the main menu and hit the L3 button on your PS or the LS button on your Xbox.
  • That should remove all the green dots for you.
  • Alternatively, if you want the green dots to go from certain sections, you will have to navigate to those sections manually and then press the buttons mentioned above.

Sadly, there isn't a specific button for PC just yet. If you do experience this bug on a PC, you will have to manually click on the sections to get rid of these green dots in Call of Duty Vanguard.

Hope you enjoy the cleaner menu in Call of Duty Vanguard! Have fun.
