What Is The Best XM4 Loadout For Cold War Zombies?

When it comes to the best all-purpose weapon to use in Season 2 of Black Ops Cold War Zombies, it’s very hard not to select the XM4 assault rifle.

This fully-automatic rifle is ideal for slaying the undead in all kinds of situations whether they’re getting too close for comfort or in the distance.

XM4 Cold War Zombies

Featuring very few flaws, the XM4 is armed with a fast rate of fire, solid levels of mobility, and moderate levels of recoil.

The recoil can be bought down to non-existent levels with the right combination of attachments. With little to no recoil, scoring headshots and plenty of points is a breeze with the XM4 equipped.

XM4 Cold War Zombies Best Attachments

Here are the best attachments to equip on the XM4:

• Muzzle Brake 5.56 (Muzzle)
• 13.5” Task Force (Barrel)
• SWAT 5MW Laser Sight (Body)
• Infiltrator Grip (Underbarrel)
• SALVO 50 RND Fast Mag (Magazine)

This combination of attachments turns the XM4 into arguably the best Zombie-slaying machine.

The muzzle brake tones down the recoil to improve accuracy while the laser sight makes spraying down any opposition that gets too close incredibly easy.

As always, a huge magazine minimises the need for reloading and with 50 bullets in the mag, I found it ideal when dealing with large groups of the undead.

Ever since the release of Black Ops Cold War, my loadout has consisted of this XM4 loadout.

Its sheer versatility in the early rounds is ideal when navigating any map and its deadly accuracy means I can score enough points to Pack-A-Punch the rifle before round ten.
