Season 3 Reloaded Update Pre-Load

PlayStation players are beginning to pre-load the Season 3 update ahead of the start of the second half of the season.

The update is rolling out at a gradual pace so if you haven't received the cue to download it, it will appear soon.

With PlayStation players able to download the update prior to other platforms, we can determine how big the update will be and how much space on the hard drive will be needed.

The update is around 11GB in size.

So far, Activision has yet to confirm an exact time as to when the update will go live.

Xbox players are yet to be able to pre-load updates ahead of their respective release date, but there are still some handy tips and tricks that will guarantee the update will download as quickly as possible.

More often than not, updates for Warzone and Black Ops Cold War should begin to download automatically if ‘Instant On’ is activated.

If not, closing down the game and re-opening it will begin the download.

For those downloading either Warzone or Black Ops Cold War for the first time, head to the Xbox Store to download the update alongside the rest of the game.
