Die Maschine All Wonder Weapons And How To Upgrade Them

Die Maschine is the start of a new story in Black Ops Zombies!

The fifth instalment in the Black Ops series will see players drop into the height of the Cold War once again.

As is tradition with a zombies map, a new Wonder weapon is taking centre-stage.

The D.I.E. Wonder Weapon comes with four different upgrades.

Here's how to obtain all of them.

D.I.E Cryo-Emitter

First of all, head to the top of the Nacht Der Untoten building. 

At the top, look over the edge of the building near the green tarp where you will find a box. Shoot the box and pick up the flask that drops in the Pond area.

Once you have grabbed the flask, head towards the tree covered in fungus.

The next step involves luring a Megaton zombie and get it to use its radioactive attack on the tree. Once done, interact with the tree and place the flask underneath it.

Now you have a full flask, head to the Medical Bay which can be found in the Facility. When you arrive, you'll find a box covered in chains close to the Particle Accelerator door. 

Interact with the crate and use the flask to remove the chains. Open the box and the Wonder Weapon will appear!

D.I.E Nova 5

To acquire this particular Wonder Weapon, head to the Mezzanine room which is at the top of the Nacht Der Untoten building.

At the top, you wil find a golden canister on a table in a small room towards the end of the building.

You won't be able to get there on foot, so suck it towards you by using the Wonder Weapon. 

With the canister in your possession, head to the Weapons Lab and place it into the white machine on the right of the large blueprints hanging on the wall.

Eliminate the Plaguehound that spawns once the canister has been placed in the machine. Take the infected canister and head to the Crash Site.

Near the crashed plane, there will be a small box. Interact with it and hit it with a melee attack to open it. You will now have access to D.I.E Nova 5!

D.I.E Electrobolt

Once you've obtained D.I.E Shockwave, head into the Dark Aether using the portal located on the ground floor of the Particle Accelerator room. 

Once inside, you will need to collect three energy crystals which are located across the map.

• Crash Site - Crystal is on the ground near the entrance of the tunnel.
• Nacht Der Untoten - On the roof aboce the Stamin-Up machine.
• Pond - Close to the Mystety Box and near the path that leads to the facility tunnel.

Once each crystal has been collected, head to the Particle Accelerator room and shoot the crystal into the box located on the first floor. Once the third crystal has been deposited, you will have the D.I.E Electrobolt.

D.I.E Thermophasic

Begin by heading to the Pond and enter the Dark Aether using the nearby portal. Once inside, head to the Crash Site where a small box will be floating under the plane.

It's important to remember that this step is on a time limit so try to complete them as quickly as possible.

Melee the small box under the plane to acquire the fuse. Then make your way to the Weapons Lab and place the fuse inside the plasma cutter.

Head back to the normal world and head back to the pond where you'll find a truck. Inside the truck is a box. Interact with it to earn the D.I.E Thermophasic weapon!

These elements are: 

• Thermophasic (Fire)
• Nova 5 (Toxic)
• Electrobolt (Lighting) 
• Cryo-Emitter (Ice)
