Marvel Rivals is rapidly expanding its roster of playable heroes, and Deadpool is next on the list of additions. The Merc with a Mouth was presented in an animated trailer during The Game Awards 2025.

When Does Deadpool Come Out in Marvel Rivals?
Deadpool is scheduled to come out on Friday, January 16th, as that is when Season 6 starts. A maintenance period will begin at 1:00 AM PT (9:00 AM GMT) and will last between two to three hours.
During this period, users will be able to download the Season 6 patch to prepare for launch. However, the game will reopen its doors and allow everyone to enjoy the new content once the downtime finishes.

As you can see, the character will have a mask very similar to what we are used to seeing, but his body costume will have some variations. Instead of a full body suit, he will wear a jacket, and the distribution of the red and black is a little different as well.
The antihero will become the 46th playable character in the game, and his role will be Duelist. This means that the damage role will have 24 members after the season kicks off.
