When Does Marvel Rivals Season 5 Come Out?
Marvel Rivals Season 5 is scheduled to come out on Friday, November 14th, on all platforms. A maintenance period is scheduled to begin at 1:00 AM PT (9:00 AM GMT) and will last between two and three hours.
During this downtime, the respective patch with the new content will be available to download. However, players will have to wait until the maintenance is over to enjoy the new season.
Like we mentioned, the season will last two months, with a mid-season patch arriving sometime in December to add a second wave of content.
New Heroes
A leaked promotional image shared by RivalsInfo on X (formerly Twitter) suggests Gambit and Rogue will be the two new heroes coming to the game in Season 5. You can see the image below, which gives us a first look at both characters:
The two mutants will have designs pretty close to what we've seen in the comics and other media, like the animated X-Men '97 series.
As of now, it is not clear which character will be added at the start of the season and which one will arrive with the mid-season patch. We will probably receive a reveal trailer confirming both additions soon, along with a gameplay trailer of the character getting added at the start of the season.
