Once here, climb up the bell tower and ring the bell. Ringing the bell will open up visibility and make navigating that area much easier.

From the rooftop, drop down and move towards the right side of the church. You'll see an open window, which you can enter to access a secret area.

Once inside, you'll find a Treasure Chest which will reward you with the Shield of Conviction and a Palmar Pill.
