To find the Necklace of Lighting, you need to head to the Eastern Court. This is on the eastern side of Demeniss.

To enter the Eastern Court, you will need to fight enemies. If you want to avoid any conflict, go to the back side of the house and climb up the top window.

Once at the main entrance of Eastern Court, take the first left. By the staircase, you will come across a room hidden by a cloth. Walk underneath the cloth and use the ladder to enter another small room with a lockbox puzzle.

To solve the lockbox and grab the dial. First, turn it to the right until you hear a clicking noise. Then, turn the dial to the left until you hear a clicking noise. One more time to the right, and then to the left again.
