Battlefield 6 is enjoying a successful post-launch period, having smashed several franchise records following its release nearly two weeks ago.
With Season 1 just days away and a fixated player base continuing to grind its way through rank progression, weapon masteries, and assignments, Double XP Boosters are proving to be highly popular and incredibly useful.
If you are wondering how to get your hands on more of them, we’ve got you covered!
Earning Free 2XP Boosters in BF6
Players currently have two main Double XP categories to choose from in Battlefield 6: Career XP Boosters and Hardware XP Boosters.

2XP Career Boosters speed up rank progression, enabling you to unlock new weapons, gadgets, and more even faster. 2XP Hardware Boosters, on the other hand, work specifically for weapons and vehicles, increasing the speed at which attachments, camos, and mastery rewards are unlocked.
Each Booster comes with 15-minute, 30-minute, and 60-minute durations, and they can even be stacked or combined for maximum impact. That said, they won’t last forever, and before you know it, you’ll have none left to use.
The good news is that more can be earned through various ways, mainly by completing Challenges and Assignments. Check the Challenges/Assignments tab regularly and see if any tasks offer 2XP Boosters in return. They are usually attached to more of the straightforward objectives, so obtaining them shouldn’t be overly difficult.
Another way XP Boosters can be obtained is via Daily and Weekly login rewards. Keep an eye on the in-game mailbox, as EA occasionally grants exclusive rewards for simply jumping on and playing the game.

From October 28, one of the most predominant methods of gaining additional 2XP will be to progress through the Season 1 Battle Pass. Once the debut Season of the new game is underway next week, the Battle Pass system will likely contain more Boosters that can be unlocked through certain tiers.
Based on previous installments, some of the Battle Pass tiers may be available for everyone to unlock, while the majority will only be accessible to Phantom Edition owners who also get 25 tier skips, or those who opt to purchase the pass separately.
So, keep an eye out, complete those Assignments, and see what surprises EA and Battlefield Studios have up their sleeves in the coming weeks and months. More XP Boosters could be heading your way!
