How to Dispatch Missions on Crimson Desert

Dispatch missions are passive side activities - this means you simply need to assign a mission to your comrades and then continue with your game.

However, certain missions require specific provisions, comrades, and time to complete. You can reap the rewards of these missions after they finish. You'll usually get one or more resources as a reward, and you can increase these rewards as you advance through the game.

There are two ways to dispatch missions. One way is by speaking to Ross in the Greymane Camp, who will present you with a long list of available missions.

Another way is by inspecting your world map. Open the "Missions" tab, and you'll be able to see the missions in a certain area.

After picking which mission you want to pursue, select a comrade. Crafting, Construction, Engineering, and Exploration dispatch missions require comrades with certain skills.

When you assign missions, you'll notice that the numbers in the mission details adjust depending on who you assign it to. To beef up these numbers, visit a Donation Box in the region of the mission. Each donation contributes to your Blessing level in that region, and each time you level up your Blessing Level, you get +2% to your mission rewards.
