- Quick Answer: Justice, the French electronic music duo, will compose the original score for Grand Theft Auto 6.
At last, GTA 6's launch trailer is now available for everyone to watch, featuring new scenes with both protagonists and plenty of action. With the game almost a month away from release, Rockstar also took the chance to announce the composers behind the game's original score.
Justice, a French electronic music duo consisting of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay, are the game's composers. The band has been active since 2003 and has four studio albums, having also done four tours.
Keep in mind, GTA 6's soundtrack will feature a mix of original songs and original score. The duo will handle all the no-lyrics tracks (think movie scores) that play in the game during different campaign scenarios or free-world activities.
Some score tracks can be heard in Netflix's Extended Look, especially during the mission at the tower, and we suspect they were composed by the duo.
Justice also debuted a new single with the launch trailer titled “Flower in a Hurricane”, which features Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. You can listen to it and see the trailer below:
