Ever since God of War Laufey was announced during June's State of Play, it has been one of the most anticipated PlayStation 5 exclusives.

This upcoming entry will center around Laufey (Faye), Kratos' wife, who died before the events of 2018's God of War. The game will feature Norse mythology, as well as explore other mythologies. Set in the afterlife of the gods, it occurs simultaneously with God of War and Ragnarök's timeline. Laufey will showcase Faye battling through Everywhen, with her plans to protect Kratos and their son Atreus at risk.

God of War Laufey Pre-Orders & Deluxe Edition Detailed

It has been confirmed that pre-orders for God of War Laufey will go live on September 29 at 10:00 AM local time.

There are two editions you can order: the Standard Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition. The Standard Edition comes with the base game and is available as a digital or physical version.

Meanwhile, the Digital Deluxe Edition comes with the Dark Alchemy Armor Set, Dark Alchemy Blade, Dark Alchemy Bow Scales, and Dark Alchemy Catalyst, an in-game resource pack, the digital mini artbook, and the official God of War Laufey digital soundtrack.

If you pre-order either edition, you'll get the Last Wish Armor Set, the Phranque Golden Leaves Appearance (cosmetic), and an in-game resource pack as a bonus.
