When Does Shipment Come Out in MW4?

Shipment will be added to Modern Warfare 4's multiplayer on Tuesday, October 27, four days after the game's full launch. This time, the map will feature a design very similar to the classic Call of Duty 4 version.

The first gameplay of this version was included in the trailer for Modern Warfare 4's PC version, which you can see below:

In the past, we have seen versions of Shipment with a different setting, such as the WWII version of Call of Duty: WWII or Vanguard, the futuristic version from Call of Duty: Ghosts, or the Stay High version of Call of Duty: MW3 (2023), just to name a few.

We expect the map to be featured in a traditional Shipment 24/7 playlist, allowing players to only play games in it to either grind faster or enjoy the fast-paced chaos.

Launch Roadmap

Aside from Shipment, Modern Warfare 4 will receive a couple of additions during the first post-launch weeks, before Season 1 arrives. In case you missed it, here is the launch roadmap:

As you can see, Shipment will be followed by a new Halloween mode titled Possession Mode on October 29. The next day, the now classic Infected will return to Multiplayer. Lastly, Season 1 for Modern Warfare 4 and Warzone is scheduled to begin on November 6.

Although no details on Season 1 have been revealed as of yet, we can expect multiple new multiplayer maps, new weapons, new game modes, and even some collaboration events with other IPs. One of the upcoming maps could be Shoot House, which was discovered in the game files after the early access campaign went live.
