Season 1's third week is now underway, and The Deadeye Drone is now live in Black Ops 7's multiplayer mode. This is a brand-new scorestreak that will allow players to scout areas and also eliminate opponents with the sniper rifle attached to it.
If you want to give the scorestreak a go in your play session, here is what you need to do to permanently unlock it.
How to Unlock the Deadeye Drone in Black Ops 7
To unlock the Deadeye Drone scorestreak in Black Ops 7, you need to complete six week 3 challenges from any mode. All major modes (Co-Op, Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone) have six weekly challenges available for week 3, and you can mix and match challenges from any to unlock the scorestreak.
Once you're in the game, go to the Career tab, enter Weekly Challenges, and on the Week 3 tab, make sure to select the Deadeye Drone as your reward using the cycle rewards button. If not selected, you could get the other reward first, which is three Elemental Exposure GobbleGums.
If you want to check the challenges before jumping into the game, here is the full list:
- Co-Op Endgame
- Eliminate 300 Fear enemies
- Kill an enemy while or shortly after using the Grappling Hook ability 10 times
- In Endgame, complete the Cargo Intercept or Mystery Cargo assignment
- Get 250 eliminations with SMGs
- In Endgame: complete 5 activities in a single match
- Use a shotgun to eliminate a special enemy 3 times
- Multiplayer
- Finish a match with more eliminations than deaths 7 times
- Get 10 kills with or assisted by your Field Upgrades
- Get 3 kills without dying 5 times
- Get 250 eliminations with SMGs
- Call in or activate 25 scorestreaks
- Get 10 Point Blank kills with shotguns
- Zombies
- Get 500 eliminations in a single match
- Get 50 kills with Field Upgrades or while your Field Upgrade is active
- Buy 10 doors
- Get 500 critical kills with SMGs
- Get 150 zombie eliminations using Wonder Weapons from the Mystery Box
- Earn 3 Slaughter medals (5 rapid kills)
- Warzone
- Complete 5 Bounty contracts
- Access your loadout from a Loadout Drop 5 times
- Get a kill using a killstreak
- Get 40 eliminations with SMGs
- Deploy 5 armor, munitions, or Utility Boxes
- Get 2 headshots in a single match
At the time of publishing this guide, the drone is only available to use in Black Ops 7's multiplayer. Nothing has been announced as of yet, but the scorestreak could be added to Zombies or Warzone in future seasons.
