It has been confirmed that fixes for some of Battlefield 6's most prominent issues following the Winter Offensive update are on the way.

The third and final phase of Season 1 went live this week, but its arrival didn't come without some rather significant problems impacting the BF6 community.

A large number of players reported noticeable stuttering on PC, while those on console were forced to close and restart the game after playlists became inaccessible within the main menu.

The good news is that developers have now acknowledged these issues and more, stating that solutions are being worked on and will be implemented soon.

On December 12, Steam users will receive an earlier than planned update to resolve the micro stuttering issue. It also includes improvements to the main menu and the firing range based on recent reports.

Meanwhile, on December 15, a separate Battlefield 6 update will drop across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the EA app to also address issues related to the main menu and the firing range.

In a new community update, Battlefield Comms said: "Several items have already been identified, are being addressed, or have been resolved. We are preparing to publish hotfixes to resolve a number of these issues.

"We will continue validating the resolutions already in development, gathering additional data from your reports, and prioritizing remaining issues based on severity and player impact. Several items have already been resolved, or will be through our upcoming hotfixes. More improvements are planned in upcoming updates."
