Slide Exploit

An Apex Legends player recently posted to Reddit sharing an exploit that they found.

It allows players to slide indefinitely.

Funnily enough, this isn't a bug or glitch, it's accessible through the settings.

Players that bind their scroll wheel on PC to crouch will be able to do it.

The reason it's an exploit is that the speed you're crouching actually allows you to be pushed forward.

This is only available on PC so if you're wanting to try it out on console you're out of luck.

In the video, the player slides then uses their scroll wheel to activate and infinite slide.

Crouch bound to scroll wheel allows for infinite slide

There's not a huge use to this exploit apart from the fact you're lower down and a little faster.

We'll have to wait and see if Respawn think this is a big enough issue to fix.
