Apex Legends Season 5: New Updates Released To Fix Loba, Mobile Respawn Beacon Added To All Modes

Apex Legends Season 5 is underway, and this week Respawn released a pair of updates aimed at specific fixes.

While it doesn't add any sexy new content, it does make some important tweaks to the squad-based battle royale.

Apex Legends: Updates Explained

As per the official Apex Legends Twitter account:

Game Update! We've pushed out two updates this morning:🔨Fixes addressing Loba's tactical usability on World's Edge. There are still some known cases we're continuing to work on but it should work much better now.🔨Mobile Respawn Beacon has been added to all modes.

While the latter point may seem self-explanatory, Loba's tactical ability is a little more nuanced.

Her ability, Burglar's Best Friend, allows her to teleport, but it's been hit-or-miss as to whether it works or not on the game's World's Edge map. This latest fix should make her teleport more consistent.
