Animal Crossing: New Horizons Version 2.0 is here, and players have been delighted to see the wealth of special characters and new features get added to the Nintendo Switch exclusive. Reese and Cyrus aren't unfamiliar to New Horizons, but they have embarked on a new business venture on Harv's Island.

Who Are Reese and Cyrus?
Reese and Cyrus are two loved-up llamas; and they certainly make sure you know about it. The couple previously appeared on Harv's Island during the Wedding Season Event, which required players to set up and decorate the Wedding Picture Studio for Reese and Cyrus' anniversary.
Whenever you talk to the pair, they'll often spend more time complimenting each other than focusing on you. It's so cute that it could almost be seen as sickening, but this is Animal Crossing; and nothing in New Horizons is anything less than cute, let's be real.
How to Unlock Reese and Cyrus
As you'll likely be aware, Harv's Island now has a huge Plaza for you to peruse after the Version 2.0 update. The Plaza features an abundance of shops and traders for you to use, all of which need to be unlocked by speaking with Lloid, the construction foreman Gyroid.
Reese and Cyrus' shop will be located at the back of Harv's Plaza, next to the small windmill. By speaking with Lloid here and donating a generous amount — 100,000 bells — construction will begin. They will have set up shop the following day, and you'll be able to then speak with them and use their service!
What Do Reese and Cyrus Do
If you've played Animal Crossing: New Horizons already, you'll be familiar with customising your items at your own workbenches using Customisation Kits. By speaking with Cyrus, he'll offer to customise any of your items for a fee of bells instead.
In addition to that, Cyrus is able to customise unique items that you otherwise can't customise yourself, making their service extra special! Items such as the ABD machine, bought using Nook Miles, were previously only attainable in different colours if you traded with another New Horizons player. In Version 2.0, you can take these items to Reese and Cyrus' store for a makeover instead!
