The ABD has previously been accessible from the Nook Stop Terminal in the Resident Services building only. It is where players can deposit and withdraw their hard-earned bells, so that their pockets and storage need not be filled up with bags of the Animal Crossings currency. By depositing bells into the ABD, players can pay off their housing loans to Tom Nook and earn interest on their savings too.

In Version 2.0, the ABD has now been made available as a portable machine that can be placed anywhere around your New Horizons island. It is important to note that the ABD will only become available once you have fully upgraded your home and paid off all of your loans.

Two days after this has been completed, you will receive a letter in your mailbox notifying you that the ABD is now available to buy from the Nook Stop Terminal in the Resident Services building. By going to the terminal and selecting 'Redeem Nook Miles', you will then be able to purchase the ABD for 9900 Nook Miles; so, you might want to get saving!

Once purchased, the ABD will be delivered to your mailbox the following day. You can place it in your pockets, then position the ABD anywhere around your island, just as you would with any other piece of furniture. Then, you can access your savings from anywhere you wish,

When it comes to accessing your bells on the go, that's all you need to know about purchasing and using the ABD.
