The Cabal Pack, the first piece of Evil Genius 2 DLC, is available now, bringing a new henchman and side story to the game, some dreadful new devices, and a few sinister outfits, because what’s the point of being evil if you can’t look good while doing it.
The Cabal Pack is available as part of the Evil Genius 2 season pass and also as a standalone purchase.
The first new henchman added to the game is Espectro, a formidable foe with some distinct headwear and a rather handy new device called the Cabal Indoctrination Chamber.
Espectro wants to team up with S.M.A.S.H., and you’re the last stepping stone on his way to glory.
You’ll need to act fast and complete the Espectro side story requirements to bring him on side.

Once you do, you’ll unlock the Indoctrination Chamber to turn other henchfolk into Espectro’s willing, pliable minions, making it an excellent addition to any lair.
There’s also the ray gun interrogation device, a machine as deadly as it sounds.
And because this is Evil Genius 2, you actually can get intel and laser your enemies at the same time, so fire away.
Finally in the Cabal Pack is a set of four skins giving your henchmen a hint of Espectro style and swagger.
