The latest Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel update has upset many players since it doesn’t fix some issues fans have been complaining about, like a proper banlist and improvements to the Duel Pass. While the game continues to be a fairly popular Free-to-Play title, the lack of these fan-requested improvements has led to a lot of frustration from the current fanbase.
GamesRadar pointed out how frustrated the current Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel community is by bringing up some of the complaints from the game’s subreddit. Due to the lack of a banlist, players with overly powerful decks continue to dominate Master Duel and the stagnant Duel Pass makes the rewards feel boring to get, especially since it's 73-days long.
