Warframe Ash Guide - How to Obtain, Craft, and Best Builds

The assassin Ash is a deadly character, with a lot of offensive abilities and even better mobility. There are many approaches in combat to take with this warframe, but whether is close combat or a ranged strategy, Ash excels in all of them.

His Prime version also displays better higher shield capacity, armor, and sprint speed, as well as an additional polarity. However, right now Ash Prime is unobtainable until the Vault brings him back, so you may need to roam around the Trade Chat in case you want him.

Ash Overview and Best Weapon Options

Ash’s abilities are mostly offensive, with my personal favorite being the Shuriken, which can strip enemies of their armor, which is highly effective in the late stages of the game, as well as in the Steel Path. Smokescreen can get you out of tricky situations and teleport is a really good mobility tool in combat.

Recommended Weapons
This build relies heavily on the melee weapon, Nikana, and the Primary being the Daikyu with its Amalgam mod, specifically, so the Nikana obtains Life Steal. Other than that, the secondary can be whatever you want, and of course, if you can afford the Prime or Vandal versions, the better. Use as many Forma on them as you see fit to achieve the desired build, and you'll be good to go!

Seeking Shuriken

The idea of this build is to use the Shuriken to strip our enemies of any armor they possess, and then strike with the Melee Weapon, thus building crit numbers across the whole map. This build works exceptionally well in late-game endless missions since the key of everything is to keep the combo count going. For that juicy life drain the Daikyu doesn’t need anything else (it doesn’t even need to have a finished build, you won’t use it anyway) but the Amalgam mod, so build upon that but keep it on at all moments. For dramatically better results, replace the mods in the setup with their Prime or Umbral versions.
