How to Save Kaitlyn in The Quarry

There are a handful of crucial decisions you need to make for Kaitlyn to make it through the night in one piece. First, as Emma and Abi, make sure you break into the cabin. This will leave the door opened so you can escape through it in the future. If you don't do this, you could risk being killed while Ryan and Dylan are in the radio cabin.

Outside of passing any QTEs, you don't really have to do much with Kaitlyn until you reach the junkyard. Make sure to chop off Dylan's arm in the radio cabin and he will go with Kaitlyn. From here, a creature will appear. Get Dylan to warn her and she will hide in the car. The creature will jump on the car and you have to get him off. Pass all the QTEs and things will go fine.

If you get bitten here by missing a QTE, you will have to kill Silas to cure her. After this, you will find yourself in the lodge, defending Kaitlyn from Caleb. You have two central options. If you manage to get Abi and Emma to Hackett's office, they can pass Kaitlyn a silver shell, which can be used to kill Caleb.

If you break open the cabin door and take the teddy bear, you can use this to distract him in the freezer, allowing you to keep him alive in the end.
