Second Extinction: How To Get Neurotoxic Slime

Second Extinction might not be the most talked-about co-op shooter out there but the unique three-player set-up has made the game popular enough to get five seasons, which can’t be said for a lot of other shooters.

While not the most talked-about game around, it’s gotten enough buzz that Sony fanboys want to see the co-op shooter arrive on PS4 and PS5, though it looks like plans for that won’t be happening anytime soon.

Second Extinction: How To Get Neurotoxic Slime

Like other similar shooters, Second Extinction is a game where looting enemies for materials is important to fulfill objectives or make new equipment, with many players wondering where the Neurotoxic Slime is.

That’s usually the problem with games like this, since relying on dropped materials from fallen dinosaurs can lead to repetitive runs of shooting but, thankfully, we know the specific enemy for players to kill for the Neurotoxic Slime in Second Extinction.

Players will need to kill ‘Bulls’ in Second Extinction to get the Neurotoxic Slime, with the enemies themselves looking a bit like the three-horned Triceratops, hence the name.

A good number of players have confirmed that you don’t have to hunt the ‘Bulls’ from high danger areas, though we’re sure some will go here anyway for the challenge.

We definitely advise you to do this with friends since killing a group of dinosaurs can be rough so it’s best to shoot them down with people you can trust, at the very least.

Second Extinction is now available on Steam, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.
