PlayStation Plus Redeemed Games Can Finally Be Bought Separately

PlayStation owners can now buy games previously redeemed on PlayStation Plus, even if you're still subscribed. Having been requested by fans for a long-time, it's an option that Xbox's long utilised for the Microsoft Store, though we hadn't seen it until now.

As such, you can now buy games that you'd want to keep if you ever cancel that PS Plus subscription. On the surface, that may not seem necessary but if you're looking to keep your PS Plus library without the subscription, it's a useful option to have.

Sony Now Lets You Buy Games Redeemed Through PlayStation Plus

Using this month's PS5 free game, Hell Let Loose, you can see that below. As a reminder, PS Plus' October 2021 line-up also includes two additional PS4 games, Mortal Kombat X and PGA Tour 2K21. Those are available until November 2nd.
