How To Get Galarian Meowth
There is only one route that Galarian Meowth can be found on in Pokemon Sword and Shield. Route 4 is where it resides, this is the only spawn point of Meowth, but it has high percentages to spawn there as well.
With a 25% chance to spawn in the overworld and a 35% chance to encounter it in the grass, you should not have a problem catching it!

Kanto Meowth & Persian
Although the regular Meowth is not in the game, there is still a way to obtain its evolved form Persian.
In the first gym which is the grass-type leader Milo, you can talk to a NPC in the gym and he will ask if you have a Galarian Meowth to trade for his Kanto Meowth. After you accept this trade, you will have to LVL up Meowth until it is LVL 28 and it will evolve into Persian!

Giantamax Meowth
If you buy Sword and Shield before Jan. 15, you’ll get Gigantamax Meowth. Here’s how to find it:
- Open your menu by pressing X
- Navigate to the Mystery Gift logo and select it
- Select Get a Mystery Gift
- Select Get via Internet
- Connect to the internet then hit A to select Gigantamax Meowth Gift
