Pokemon Crown Tundra: How To Catch and Find Groudon and Kyogre

The Crown Tundra was a much-needed dose of content for Sword and Shield.

The ample amount of returning legendary Pokemon is perhaps what most players are excited for.

All the familiar faces from previous generations are present in the DLC.

Dialga and Palkia appear to be a fan favorite, as fans are probably hoping they will remaster Diamond and Pearl in the near future.

A game that was recently remastered is Ruby and Sapphire, and the cover Pokemon behind this game is obtainable now!

Here's how to find Kyogre and Groudon.

Dynamax

A core component that has been introduced during the Crown Tundra is Dynamad Adventures.

Essentially these are ways for players to get ahold of all the new Pokemon within the game.

You can either partake in these solo or with online friends, so we recommend doing it in a group.

You will be able to find rare Pokemon during these, and the farther you go within the cave; the more likely you are to encounter a legendary Pokemon.

Nintendo has noted these adventures as the following:

In Dynamax Adventures, you’ll team up with three other Trainers to explore a Pokémon Den where Dynamax Pokémon are said to lurk!

Instead of your regular Pokémon team, you and your fellow Trainers will choose rental Pokémon to bring along into the depths of the den. If you encounter a wild Dynamax Pokémon during your exploration, you’ll need to work together with your three teammates in a Max Raid Battle!

This will apply to the Hoenn region legendary Pokemon as both Kyogre and Groudon will be obtainable via Dynamax Adventures.

It is also important to note that these Pokemon are version exclusive!

If you are playing Pokemon Shield, you will be able to catch Kyogre.

While if you are a Sword owner, you will be able to find and catch Groudon!

Pokemon Archives posted the following video showcasing them catching these Pokemon, check it out below.
