How to get Muscle Band in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

Although the Muscle Band might be weaker compared to other items like the Choice Band, it's still a solid option as it allows you to use all your moves rather than locking you into a single one. There are two ways of getting the Muscle Band in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

The first is by buying it. You can purchase the Muscle Band like many other Battle items in the Gen IX games from the various Delibird Present stores in Paldea. They're available at the start of the game and will cost you 8,000 Poke Dollars.

Once purchased, you can use it early on in the game and get an extra boost for your physical sweeper. The Muscle Band is a better choice than Choice Band because although the latter gives you a superior boost in attack, it's locked to a single move, which is a downside except you decide to swap out your Pokémon. And if your opponent decides to use resistance for that particular move, it won't be good for you.

However, if you're a player who doesn't care very much about competitive battles, the Muscle Band is a good time to help you complete the game's story or simply to train your Pokémon to a particular level and make them stronger. The second way of getting the Muscle Band is by finding it. You can get the Muscle Band for free near a fountain in Cascarrafa Town, how to Pokémon Gym Leader Kofu. The town isn't very hard to locate as it's right next to the Asado Desert.

You can get there by entering Cascarrafa Town through the Eastern Gate, then make your way to the centre of the town by crossing a small bridge. You'll then find a water fountain. Close to the fountain, you'll see a Red Shiny Pokeball just laying on the ground. Pick it up and you have the Muscle Band.
