Miltank can generally be found within the wild of Pokemon GO.

Therefore, it appears players will be able to find Shiny Miltank in the wild or during specific raids.

PokemonGO has announced that on February 9th, 2021 beginning at 6:00 pm local time players will have an increased chance to find this Pokemon! 

Remember, Trainers! On Tuesday, February 9, at 6 p.m. local time, Miltank will be in the spotlight and you’ll earn twice the Stardust for catching Pokémon!  

You won’t completely miss your chance of catching a Shiny Miltank if you don’t find one on this date but your chances of finding the pokemon overall will be lower until the next event it features in.

Miltank doesn’t have any evolved forms, so don’t worry about farming it for candy!

Now you can leave it in your storage or send it over to Pokemon Home.
