The latest AR mobile game from Niantic, simply titled Peridot, is due to land very soon, and given the company's track record with promo codes, we expect Peridot codes to land alongside it. This adorable new game tasks you with recruiting fluffy friends to walk around with — no Pokémon this time — and codes are a great way to help speed up your progress.
This Peridot codes guide will go through all the promo codes you can expect to redeem once the game releases, as well as what they'll unlock. We'll also touch on the code redemption process so it's nice and easy for you, and go over where we think new Peridot codes could come from in the future. We'll list them all here, but you could find them first yourself.
Big into your Niantic games? For Pokémon GO fans, we've updated our Arlo counters, Sierra counters, and Cliff counters guides for their recent reappearance. And for Pikmin Bloom buddies, we've ranked the best Pikmin Bloom flowers as well.
All Working Peridot Codes
- At the time of writing, there aren't any working Peridot codes, as the game has yet to launch. Sorry about that!
The following Peridot codes have sadly expired. These were last tested and confirmed as not working on May 19, 2022.
- Equally, there aren't any expired Peridot codes yet.
How Do I Use Peridot Codes?
Since Peridot codes don't seem to exist just yet, it's hard to say exactly how you'll use them.
However, developer Niantic isn't averse to the odd freebie or two, as seen through Pokémon GO promo codes. Therefore, we've compiled some preliminary instructions below, so you can see how Peridot code redemption might go.
- Boot up the Peridot app.
- Hit the Shop icon.
- Scroll to the bottom, and type a code into the text box.
- Hit Redeem!
Of course, we'll update those instructions once the game is live, and we know exactly how you go about claiming your rewards.
What Are Peridot Codes?
While they aren't confirmed just yet, we expect Peridot codes to be coupons you can type in for some free in-game items and cosmetics to help in your game.
In the early stages of the game's life, we expect Peridot codes to provide resources like coins and other upgrade currencies. It's the perfect incentive to get players into the experience early on, giving the more-attentive players a boost others might miss out on. It's a good word-of-mouth tactic as well, which could help the game get more popular over time.
Of course, as with the redemption instructions, we'll provide more specific details on what Peridot codes contain once they actually land.
How Do I Get More Peridot Codes?
With the game due to release very soon, we've compiled a few places to check for Peridot codes. If they are set to arrive in the game, these are the places you'll want to check for them!
First up is the Peridot Twitter account, which only opened a few days ago. They've only posted a few times on there so far, though you can bet that it'll be a handy place to keep on top of the game's development. There's also a Facebook page, Instagram page, and YouTube channel to check out. It's possible that platform-exclusive codes will land down the line, so it's worth covering all bases if you can.
That's it for our early look at Peridot codes! While there aren't any yet, we recommend you holding out, because they're sure to arrive in no time. In the meantime, check out our Pokémon GO Giovanni counters for April 2022, so you can take down the Team GO Rocket leader with ease.
