The Overwatch Lunar New Year event comes but once a year, and with each year that passes our band of heroes gain even more elaborate skins to celebrate the occasion. These skins are normally a festive spin on Chinese New Year and the broader Chinese culture.
At the time of writing, the game contains 42 Overwatch Lunar New Year skins, split between Legendary and Epic tiers.
With the 2022 event right around the corner, we thought it might be worth taking a look at all the Lunar Event skins available so far, as these skins will once again become available at a discounted price.

Overwatch’s Lunar New Year 2022 event is now live on PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. The Year of the Tiger introduces the following new skins to the game:
- Seolbim Mercy (Legendary)
- Nezha Tracer (Legendary)
- Prosperity Ashe (Epic)
- Auspicious Soldier:76 (Epic)
- Porcelain Wrecking Ball (Epic)
Three of these are available as Weekly Challenges, simply by playing at least nine games each week. The following rewards (Epic skins) will be available on these weeks:
- Week 1: Prosperity Ashe
- Week 2: Auspicious Soldier:76
- Week 3: Porcelain Wrecking Ball
