Following on from Tetris 99 and Super Mario Bros. 35, Nintendo is adding another classic title with a battle royale twist to its Nintendo Switch Online benefits as of today.
Tasking 99 players with dodging ghosts, collecting fruit, and staying alive, the game is free for anyone subscribed to Nintendo's online service.

PAC-MAN 99 Gives The Classic Game the Battle Royale Treatment
As with Tetris 99 and Super Mario Bros. 35, players will be able to stack the odds against the opposition with preset strategies. Increased speed, extra Jammers and more are available.
Players can gain the upper hand by eating Power Pellets, chewing up ghosts, and sending Jammer Pac-Man to their opponents' games.
Eat more ghosts, and send more jammers to get the win.
Players can tweak the look and sounds of the game, too, with themes based on Xevious, GALAGE, Dig Dug and more, although these will set you back $2 each.
You can add a CPU battle mode for $15, or grab all available DLC in one $30 bundle.
