You'll need to be gathering as much as possible while you explore, mostly so that you can hand in items for sub quests. Monster Hunter Stories 2: Where to Get Girthy Garlic
The best place we've found to get Girthy Garlic is in the Loloska region, specifically an area called the Loloska Rocky Canyon. Check out it's location on the map below.
Once you're at Loloaska Rocky Canyon you want to look for big red berries next to trees. These have a chance of being Girthy Garlic so get picking.
For a more specific look at the area you need to search, check out the screenshot below. We've placed the cursor where you need to look, just watch out for any monsters in this area. The adjacent areas are also full of red berries so be sure to loop around before fast travelling away and repeating if you need to.
What Is Girthy Garlic Used For?
Girthy garlic is used in some subquests you'll pick up from the Job Board. In battle, it can be used to heal Skillseal and Typeseal. Combine it with Nitroshrooms to increase the effects.
