Call of Duty EU Pro League Season 2 Predicitions

It all comes down to this. 8 of the best teams in Europe are primed to do battle for a chance of becoming the Premiership Champions.

After 3 weeks of hard-fought competition, our 8 Premiership teams will play their 3 remaining fixtures on LAN at the Gfintiy Arena in London. As we head into the LAN finals, it is still all to play for. Millenium and Team Infused are tied at the top of the table with 10 points each. Team Vitality are close behind in 3rd place with 9 points and VwS could still provide an upset, as they sit in 4th with 8 points.

After some roster changes, it has been a disappointing season for Epsilon eSports. Currently sitting in 5th they certainly have the talent to cause some serious damage as the league heads onto a LAN environment. Swanny, ShAnE and Dominate are veterans of the European scene and know what it takes to win.

Predictions

With the standings being so very close, there is potential for anything to happen. With that said, here are my predictions for the top 3 positions for the second season of the EU Pro League:

  1. Millenium
  2. Team Vitality
  3. Team Infused

Millenium have been very consistent throughout the online phase of the league. Recent roster moves have cemented their position in the upper echelons of the EU CoD scene. With their wealth of experience in offline tournaments, Millenium head into the weekend as favourites.

With only one loss in the online fixtures, Team Vitality are a team to keep an eye on. Only a point from the top 2, Tommey and his squad have the ability to secure a top 2 finish. Whether they have what it takes to beat Mill, we will have to see…

Like Millenium, Infused have also made some roster changes in the run-up to this weekend. After an amazing top 4 finish at the Gfinity 100k, the Red Army are looking to continue their strong form with a solid top 3 finish this weekend.
